	Alastair has designed products ranging from microwave radio links through telecommunications test instruments to process control instrumentation. His achievements in manufacturing cover SMT introduction, fast new product launch, test optimisation, subcontractor management and continuous flow manufacturing including JIT and TQM introduction. 	Fiona Johnston joined in 2000 as an Associate Consultant for MacPherson Recruiting Services. She specialises in medical, pharmaceutical and related vacancies, and is particularly interested in candidates who have experience in those fields. Fiona trained originally in nursing, and was latterly a Staff Nurse in the NHS before leaving to have a family.
	Karen Hodge joined at the end of 2001 as an Associate Consultant for MacPherson Recruiting Services. She specialises in human resources, finance and information technology (IT), and is particularly interested in candidates who have experience in those fields. Karen herself has wide experience in human resources and works independently in outplacement.
