search our database of more than 5,000 candidates, and offer you the CVs
of any which are a close match to your needs.
Charges : none up front; 17.5% of salary of appointed candidate, invoiced
on candidate's written acceptance of your offer.
As Database Search, but we will also advertise your vacancy on the Internet
via the PlanetRecruit site to which only candidates and recruiters have
access. This site receives several thousand candidate hits per day, and
candidates can also be advised of advertised vacancies, placed within the
previous week, which fit key words they have submitted. We will place your
advertisement, with key words agreed with you, weekly for one month, renewable
if necessary, and forward all applying candidates directly to you.
Charges : £400/month up front; 17.5% of salary of appointed candidate,
invoiced on candidate's written acceptance of your offer.
As Database Search with Internet Advertisement and Simple Mailbox, but
we will use our skills to filter the applicants, discuss their applications
if they seem appropriate, and forward to you only those CVs which we believe
match your needs to the point of being worth interviewing. You can also
see the entire list of applicants should you wish, and can select additional
candidates for other positions, should you feel them appropriate, for an
additional fee.
Charges : £800/month up front; 17.5% of salary of appointed candidate,
invoiced on candidate's written acceptance of your offer. Additional candidates
: 10% of salary of appointed canidate, invoiced on candidate's written acceptance
of your offer.
As Internet Advertisement plus CV Filtering, but we will interview the
candidates which we recommend, and submit to you only a short list of candidates
whom we believe to be ideal for your vacancy.
Charges : £1,500 up front, £1,500 on presentation of short list,
£1,500 on candidate acceptance. Additional candidates : 5% of salary
of appointed candidate, invoiced on candidate's written acceptance of your
offer.
This approach uses normal printed media advertising, with Internet advertising added. Quotation available on request, but typical charge is £6,000 per vacancy assigned, plus advertising at cost.
Psychometric Testing/Personality Profiling. Carried out by a consultant
fully qualified to administer and interpret these, using the customer's
choice from the wide range of tools available for these purposes, this can
be added to any of the above.
Charges : there is an additional charge for which a quotation will be made
on request.
